My path into holistic therapy began in a very personal way—while supporting my own family through illness.
During that time, I explored natural therapies to ease stress and support wellbeing, and I was struck by how deeply they helped—not just physically, but emotionally too. What started as a way to care for loved ones gradually became a calling. I felt drawn to learn more, to understand the body-mind connection, and to offer this kind of gentle, meaningful support to others. That experience continues to shape how I work today—with empathy, respect, and a deep trust in the body’s ability to heal.
When I started exploring holistic therapies — first reflexology, then massage, kinesiology, Aura-soma and then Family Constellation Therapy. Each one offered a layer of insight, gently peeling back the stress.. The shifts were subtle at first — better sleep, a sense of ease returning to my body — but over time, they became profound. Now, life feels more spacious and aligned. I check in with myself regularly, use the tools I’ve learned, and return to therapy when I need to reset. This transformation feels deeply meaningful because I know how isolating it can be to feel off balance, and I want others to know there is a way through — and it can be gentle, supportive, and real.
My work is rooted in a deep calling to support others through times of challenge, change, and healing. I believe we all have an innate capacity to recover and renew, especially when we’re met with care, presence, and understanding. My mission is to hold space for both children and adults—to listen deeply, to walk alongside, and to support the body and mind in returning to balance. Whether someone arrives feeling lost, run down, or simply in need of a reset, my hope is that they leave feeling more connected to themselves and to what truly matters.
When children are supported during difficult times, healing and recovery are truly possible. With the right care, understanding, and safe connection, they can begin to process their experiences, rebuild trust, and develop healthy ways to cope and grow. Early support can make a profound difference — helping children feel seen, heard, and valued, and laying the foundation for resilience, confidence, and emotional wellbeing throughout their lives.
Outside of my work, I find joy in spending time with my family, painting, and travelling. I also love walking in nature and practising Reformer Pilates—both help me stay grounded and present in my own body. These moments of movement, creativity, and connection are an important part of how I care for myself and stay balanced in daily life.
