As a therapist, I meet each person with care, and respect for where they are on their journey. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—each session is tailored to what you need in the moment. I work in a blended way, drawing from therapies such as Kinesiology, Reflexology, Family Constellation Therapy, and more. This allows us to gently explore what’s going on—physically, emotionally, or energetically—and support the body and mind in returning to balance. Together, we move at your pace, creating space for insight, release, and lasting change, layer by layer.
Every person is unique, and so is the healing process. While some people feel a shift after just one session, I usually recommend starting with three sessions to allow space for deeper work to unfold. This gives us time to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and begin supporting real change. For some, a short series is enough; for others, ongoing support feels more nourishing. We’ll always work at your pace, and there’s no pressure—just a gentle, individual approach to what you need most right now.
