Family Constellation Therapy is a deeply healing approach that explores how family dynamics—both past and present—can unconsciously influence our lives, health, and relationships. It gently brings hidden patterns to light, often rooted in intergenerational trauma, unresolved grief, or entanglements within the family system.
Through a guided process, clients gain insight into issues that may not be fully understood on a conscious level. By acknowledging and releasing what no longer belongs to them, clients often experience a sense of emotional relief, belonging, and inner peace.
Family Constellation Therapy can support:
Repeating patterns in relationships or family life
Feeling stuck, disconnected, or burdened by emotions
Generational trauma or inherited stress
Physical symptoms with no clear cause
A deeper understanding of self and one’s place in the family system
It is a powerful, non-verbal way to heal from what has been carried—often unknowingly—for generations.
A safe, supported space – Family Constellation sessions gently explore the unseen dynamics within your family system that may be influencing your life, relationships, or patterns.
A focus on deeper awareness – We work with the understanding that inherited family trauma, loyalty, or unresolved emotions can be carried across generations, often outside of conscious awareness.
One-to-one or group formats – In individual sessions, we may use objects, markers, or visualisation to represent family members or parts of your system. In group settings, other participants may stand in as representatives.
Releasing what no longer serves – Through the process, we aim to bring hidden dynamics into the light, allowing space for insight, healing, and movement towards balance.
You don’t need to know your full family history – The work is experiential and intuitive, and it meets you exactly where you are.
Grounded and gentle integration – After the session, there’s space to reflect, and you're supported in integrating what has shifted, often with a sense of lightness, clarity, or deeper peace.
